We needed a cooler in my dads office, so we went to the local retailer and when we told him about the requirements and how much we are going to use it, they suggested this which is so called an heavy duty cooler but whereas it is actually not so.
So when it was the first day, it gave really pleasant breeze and this continued for a couple of days and later its performance has completely deteriorated and we thought we needed to service it and got it serviced and again after few days of usage we used to get just normal air and our fan was far better then this and it also used to make lots of noise, later we had to complain and get it replaced and the replaced piece was also the same.
Totally it is like a fan which gives you huge current bills.
