Hi,
3 months back I bought 2 symphony 50t tower air coolers for my office.You wont believe remote control was not working of the both coolers.I made a request and its been said its chargeable as it was sealed and new, secondly in a I made month 20 complaints.One of the coolers Motor Got burned, other spits the water from front.Two times engineer visited replaced the Motor again next day morning same issues.
I have called them 100 times my last complaint no is BL-DS27E14016 and BL-DS27e14016 both the complaints are unresolved.and my serial no is 0716214612640. Now when I the call the center in Bangalore they always say that today we will send the engineer.
I have discussed this with my lawyer we are going to file caseon them soon.
Symphony has given me a really bad experience and they have to pay for it.
Never ever buy such cheap products.
