I purchased a symphony diet 50i air cooler from Croma Hyderabad. It assured manufacturers warranty of 1year. Within a month after buying it, one evening while it was running, it caught fire, I had to shut it down, unplug it, take it outside the house and throw water to turn off the fire. On the same evening I raised a customer complaint to both Symphony and the informed the same to Croma, It s been more than 2 weeks that I am following up to get it fixed. Even through Croma, I have got this issue forwarded to their service team multiple time, but still the product is not repaired.
These big brands are robbing money from the customers in the name of after sale service.
