Umatched product

I had purchased the symphony hi cool in the month of may’12. but from the day I purchased it I have received only problem n problem n no solution. In the early stage the motor of the cooler was not working, but after a tech visit the motor was replaced.


Again, the problem started that the cooler was cooling on one side but by the other end the cooler was creating humidity issue. So for that again I had to purchase a exhaust fan. it has been only few days since the time I purchased the cooler but it was worse product I have ever purchased.


In all, I should say it a pathetic product.
