Here goes my review and believe me this is best to my records and think 100 times before buying it. I bought this cooler last year in May. It worked fine for around 1-2 months. After that I never used it as the climate in Bangalore was pretty good then. This year I used it again and I dont know why the heck the fan was not spinning. Seems the motor got jammed or the quality of motor was bad.
I registered a complaint with Symphony. The most unprofessional service registration method. It was promised to be attended within 24hrs. But till 2 days I never received any call.
Atlast I called them and some customer care lady picked the call. Every time you call her, she will ask all the details - complaint number, name, address, phone number and would promise that the service engineer would visit and attend the complaint that evening itself.
Believe it or not, after numerous calls what I found was my complaint was closed coz my cell number was not reachable. Very bad excuse. Guys give some better excuse. Again I registered a complaint, again spoke to that lady, again she asked the same details. Man I was totally frustrated. Finally service engineer came at my place.
Told me that motor has to be replaced. It would come in 2 days. Today as on date its been 7 days and nothing had been done so far. And its been more than 2 weeks when the complaint was registered. I am sick of calling them, sick of that lady, sick of their pathetic service and promises. Get a life SYMPHONY and pls dont cheat customers and give them some peace of mind.
Bullsh*t customer care, you cant email any higher authority, nothing mentioned on their website.
Feedback form is useless. What to do? Any idea? Pls. dont go for Symphony. Shit** company sh** service.
