Worst After Sales Service

I bought a cooler "Symphony HI Cool" approx 2 yrs back. This year I faced some issues and want to be change the PAD.


I called the customer care and lodged a complaint on date 05-May, with ND-AT-4E14039. Since a long wait after 7 days a person contacted me and was asking for address, when I asked when you will come he told me that we do not have PAD and it will come in 4-5 days then I can come. In between on date 15-May-14, I got a message that complaint has been closed with fake comment "UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU".


I want to ask company management whether they do not have any responsibility to provide after sales service. It seems that company is only believing to sale any how. It seems that if I want to service then I have to lodge complaint 5-6 time minimum and till that season will be end. Great company great services - that creates so many problem to customer
