Symphony customer service is pathetic

I bought Symphony air cooler one month back and within 20 days its pump stopped working..I called up customer care multiple times but most of the times nobody picks up the phone and even if they do they don’t have solution to your query.


They have one straight reply..will surely solve it within one day. Its been 10 days but their one day has never come. Strongly dislike the product and symphony customer service..it sucks...


I wasted thousands of rupees on garbage.
