I have received response from symphony : given below . I had called the given phone number. A complaint no FA-VK-23F14003 issued to me thru auto response.I have received a message also from symphony asking me to contact Mr Vikram Yadav, phone no- 9416040145. I am trying this phone no. since, its either busy or no response or out of coverage area.
SO JUST SEE HOW CUSTOMER CARE OF SYMPHONY ARE WORKING AUTOMATICALLY.NO BODY WANTS A SUFFERING CUSTOMER.

Symphony Customer Care I had purchased a symphony HICOOL air cooler 4 yrs back. It is not working since last one year. I have called the customer care and local center appx 50 times.Every time they say that technician will come to your home but no one visits at all.
I am ready to pay for repair/service but still no body is interested in providing service to the customer form companies end.
Very pathetic service.
I dont know what to do.
