POOR BRAND & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not worth for money, bought from the good electronic shop in North Delhi (Pitampura- Rohini). Very first two hrs I understand that blown out INR 4700 in nothing but glitter.


As water pump stop working in first two hrs, sad part is no phone number for service station and shopkeeper gave me not operational number like not reachable or out of reach, no reply and wrong mobile number, wrote an e-mail to service station. No reply.


I failed to understand why not mention or published  service station number when company offer one year  warranty  . Guess no concept for service just mock .............................

Think twice if not twenty times before you buy and don’t forget to take service station phone number from dealer and also check the number.  Explore other brands also like AVIS, local Delhi or china made so you can get fix from personal electrician and save some buck as well .
