Bad Purchasing Experience Ever

From the 2nd day it started showing problems i.e. not blowing air as it was commited & not controling the humidity at all in the room. And the worst thing happened to me when I found it’s water motor defected and stopped cycling the water. Rather I would have bought a "localy made" cooler. Last but not least it spreads one kind of stink.  So, if you are planning to buy a cooler dont go for this I would rather suggest you to go for a local one.


Company should be more focused on the product’s technical quality not only look. well, by making the look attractive it can penetrate into the market in short span of time.But for short time only. When consumer will come to know the real technical quality and after sale service is also poor then it will not take much time to shift their brand. This comment should not be taken for granted by the company as it is the voice of consumer.
