Three years back, I bought Symphony Hi Cool cooler. Nowadays I needed cleaning of the cooler. I contacted Symphony Service Center. They found a few junk nuts and so they started breaking the nuts and cutting the body of the cooler. I didn’t have any issue in breaking the nuts and even cutting the body for releasing the nuts. but of course I had issue with bad look of the external body after cutting the external body.
I strictly told them, “cut the body whatever you like, but don’t ruin the external body of the cooler. else that cooler will be useless for me”. They left cleaning the cooler. They told me that I will need to change the external cover of the body which will cost more than 3500 rs. Isn’t it a joke that for a few junk nuts, I need to spend 3500 rs!
