Its a disaster !!!
Guys me n my friend took this product, within a month for both of us the cooling motor broke down. Also the service support is pathetic, it takes at least 4 days. Also the cooling is not too satisfactory it doesn’t cools the room entirely, Beside this it make annoying sound. I totally thumb down this product. If you are expecting the cooler that will be used for the whole room , this is not the one.this throws the cool(not as it sounds) air in certain direction and to feel it you have to have within 5-6 feet from it in that particular direction, that means the cooler is meant for single person or rather single bed;).
Only thing I found good about this is it has got wheels, u can move it from one room to other very easily, but it has got a very short wire, thus to stay in its cooling range u can not get it closer rather u have to move yourself (off-course with bed , such a crap)!!
I am very upset with its performance, Don’t no if all other works the same. But yes this is pathetic for sure!!!!!!!!!
