Cooler air flow good but not working for longtime

This cooler I have bought before 1_years but its is now not working, when I contact to service center, they charge 5000 rupees for replaced motor after 1 years, so I am not satisfied with thiss and I regret my decision.


See what not I like in this




  1. No Value for Money.




  2. Not working as expected. Not even cooling a room of size 150 sq feet.




  3. Panel buttons were stop working after a month of use. Now I am using remote only.




  4. Symphony after sales service is pathetic.(I have to called Symphony Head Office in Ahmadabad many times)




  5. Initially you will get call back for your complaints, but once you inform them it is under warranty






period service center will stop responding to your calls.


(They want money for servicing even if product is under warranty period).




  1. Cooler is throwing water. Many times I found my room is spread with water. My Laptop, LCD .




  2. Water tank cleaning is a problem.




  3. Not a self servicing cooler. You can not open it your self.this
