Poor response, Hopeless Sales & service

The Service engineer arrive after 2~3 times calling the service center & will not attend the cooler properly. If you call the service center for a leftover complain even on next day of repair , they do not respond.


I myself called the service center 10~12 times, send a e-mail to the company, as there was a current problem, but nobody responded despite such follow-up in Noida.


Service is horrible.
