BEWARE!!! I too faced similar problem with this brand. I can get a local cooler in just half of the price what I paid for Symphony Jumbo Cooler. This was one of the bad decision to opt for symphony. Within 3 months after getting the cooler it start with huge noise and when I complaint about the product. Service engineer closed the complaint with a silly excuse saying "House was locked". After complaining 3-4 times they visited and given another excuse that the Fan is broken and Plastic part do not come under warranty. I think this review will help you to make a decision if you guys are planing to bring the world’s worst product to your home.
