Pay for service even under Warranty!

I purchased a Symphony Cooler during last summar. The product is still under warranty. I used it for one month. It stopped working after that. I called the customer care and registered complaint. The service agent was demanding for bill along with Warranty card.


I have explained him that I bought this from the Hypermarket along with my monthly grocessories, there was no separate bill for the item. The warranty card was signed and sealed by the dealer. Service agent did not accepted that, he charged Rs. 250 for the product which is under warranty!(luckily, there was no parts replaced. Otherwise I would need to pay for that as well) I am very disappointed with Symphony coolers. Please do not buy Symphony.


Go for some better brand who care for their customers.
