I have purchased this Symphony Jumbo cooler since last 4 year ago. At starting of the first 2 years, It was giving excellent cooling. But after 2 two years. Cooling was not so good. At that Time, I was thinking to change the cooling pad of Cooler. After changing the Cooling Pad, Again Cooler has started to give chilled cooling. Then I Understood that, To get Excellent and chilled cooling, We have to change Cooling Pad Each year. Its 50 ltr tank is enough for 5 hours cooling at Summer. I am very happy with this cooler. Their customer care service is also very good. They respond within some hours after placing your complain or query.
