I had purchased a symphony 25ltr water heater in January 2012, the product failed (both the thermostat &element). They dont have any telephone no or toll free helpline no. You have to log your complaint on mail & the complaint no received thru sms gets closed automatically !!! & you have to log in multiple times, before a service guy comes.
The service people they have tiedup in Chennai ( Adyar) has a lousy set of team & virtual illetrates, who dont know to diagonise a problem....Its 20 days now...Still they are trying to get the water heater right...This is the plight of symphony service...I am planning to lodge a complaint with consumer court. ( my complaint # SSS-13L12002)
