Inequality in treatment of people. Poor compensation. Because of poor management recently lost its major clients like Iron mountain , mimosa , EMC , avaya .This is just a beginning . Famous for its unrealistic goal siting for client delivery, its because management doesnt have proper understanding of technology .
Average salary increments per person after approx three years is 5%. Management is not interested in retaining experienced employee , rather they are replacing them with low salaried / non domain expertise people. Huge communication gap between managers and engineers. Senior management communication is poor or at least there is no clarity on how decisions are being made. Promotions are arbitrary, probably based on who recommends rather than on merit of the candidate. Technical skill has no value even though it calls itself a technology company.
