Used hardly for a couple of weeks and maximum a month last year and this year when we switch it on its not working. We were out of station so raised a ticket as soon as we were back on April 10. Since we bought on April 3 last year they said its out of warranty and say that it will take 5k for repair. This is preposterous considering this is their best offering and a brand new cooler did not even last one season. have heard similar reviews from a lot of other symphony owners as well. I would any day recommend going for a local cooler than Symphony as I have never had major issues with any local cooler I bought.
The response and attitude of the service team is preposterous. When you buy the top end offering of a company you expect some level of decency in the kind of response and attitude of the after sales team. This is totally wrong in case of symphony as they dont really care. They are just interested in making money after giving a low quality product and charging exorbitant rates.
Guys please do not do the mistake I did and NEVER buy a Symphony.
