We were a kind of confused whether to buy an A.C. or a cooler and as we don’t have good experience with our previous A.C. so we choose’d cooler as it doesn’t affect the person’s body.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT- cooler went suddenly off at the middle of night then we had put down a complaint and then the other day the service men came. there was some some fault in the motherboard where the connections are established. then after sorting the situation. he just went away without costing us a penny, only the cost is a photocopy of bill.

COOLING AND SOUND- on comparison with other coolers, I must say yes the sound is exceptionally less as there is no fan only the turbine type method situated inside. cooling is not that nice but as we can put it into the room then it’s good.
QUALITY AND DURABILITY- the quality is good and I don’t know about the durability because it is only 6 months when I had bought the cooler. with the condition I can say it is durable too.
VALUE FOR MONEY- it really costs good 15000/-
after filling the tank for once you need not to fill it twice in another 24 hours.

THE LOOKS ARE GOOD COOLING IS NOT GOOD BUT AS THE COOLER IS INSIDE THE ROOM SO THAT’S WHY KIND OF GOOD COOLING.
