This is Big disappointment from such a big company. I bought cooler of Rs13000 and it hardly worked for a month properly . There started sparking inside the cooler and when I registered complaint in such a hot and dry weather they took 72 hrs to resolve it. Such a big company don’t have sufficient technician to resolve the issue. Very very bad . Pathetic experience, I will never recommend symphony to anyone.
