We purchased this cooler last year and thought that we will beat the summer, but we were wrong. The worst part from Co side is that no technical staff from co will come to tell you how you can use the product more effectively.
I will advice public at large to install air conditioner at home, instead of buying a cooler of any make. This almost costs one third of air conditioner but maintaining is very troublesome. We have to fill water, periodically change water and after summer again we have to clean whole tank.
Apart from maintenance, cooling is also not effective. It gives a feeling as we are facing some blowers and fan produces lot of heat. Inspite of cooling room temperature, heat produced by fan increases room temperature.
So my advice to everyone that I have wasted my money on buying this product, you please don’t.
