I’ve recently purchased " Symphony Sumo Go Air Cooler". I for sure check reviews on mouthshut before I buy anything. Hence adding my review for others who wanna buy one.
I live in Bangalore and it’s getting hot here coz of global waring. My house is on top floor and it gets extremely hot after 2 pm as the roof gets heated. It stays warm till late at night until temp drops. These days the city temp is around 35 - 37 degree Celcius and so my room gets very hot.

Water Tank - 40 Lts.
Functions - Low, Medium, High Airflow.
Swing and Cooling Modes - Off, Cool, Cool & Swing, Swing.
Portability - Has wheels so can move from one room to another very easily.
Weight - It’s extremly light weight. Even with tank full, can drag it easily.
Symphony Sumo Go is super cool.....The airflow is always on LOW.... It gets really cold.... I mean I never felt the need to increase airflow from low to medium or high. My room is small. Right now I’m like 3 mts away from it and it’s so cool.... Even at 7 - 8 mts.... its extremely cool at LOW airflow. I end up taking a thin blanket.
Right now it’s 3 pm. News Channel says Bangalore temp at 33 degrees. My Clock is showing my room temp at 24.7 degrees..... so u can imagine..
With 40 lts water tank.... though I never fill it full, It works for 4 - 5 hours. It’s been 2 weeks since I bought Sumo Go..... This morning I smelled stale water smell coming from cooler. I’ve never cleaned it since I purchsed it.... I drained the water through small drain whole at the back. I tried opening the back cover but it was too tight. Have called Croma guy for demo.... dont wanna break it.... No idea about servise and support but i’ve read it’s really bad.... dont count my rating on service and support
Now the smell is gone.... Probably coz of grass, the water got dirty. My husband who has used room coolers earlier was not happy with the idea of buying this as he expected it to cause humidity after few hours.
Guess what.... No humidity at all.... Even when all the doors are closed.... except that I’ve a big hall and my cooler is at the door connecting my room and hall.....
Our first preference was Symphony winter but no one has it in Bangalore... We ended up buying Symphony Sumo Go.... No regrets.... I’m happy we bought it....
Now when I’m in kitchen and it’s hot, I drag it there as well ; ) ha ha
