Worst customer care

I bought this cooler on PayTM mall. At first they did not send wheels and honeycomb pads as mentioned in the product details. Now it is around a month and i have called more than 100 times to Symphony customer care, Symphony authorized centre, PayTM etc but nobody could resolve my issues. They dont have any sense of customer service and let the customer suffer.


Product has fancy features like voice commands etc but the basic thing of a cooler which is cooling, is really missing. It is just below average cooler in terms of cooling for such a money. This is my first hand experience.
