Symphony, a brand which is very popular amongst people of our country. We all have seen different advertisements for this brand on many Tv channels, websites, etc.
Today, I am going to share the actual reality of this brands products. I was also amongst you people who get to know about any brand or product through Tv commercials, hoardings and so on and get carried forward without reading reviews of any particular product. You are lucky if you are reading this review as you are on the right track. These companies advertise a lot to get in the main frame of a market.
They always show the positive section of a product or you can say features not disadvantages. But, the reality is completely different, the features which you get to know through advertisements dont exist in real life as far as this brands product is concerned.
Now, coming to the point for which all of you are here and are reading this review. Unfortunately, I am also one of the preys of this company product.
I purchased Symphony Touch 35 in the month of June-July 2017. Yes, those days were too hot to tolerate as we all had experienced. My family and I thought that now we will get a sound sleep with the cool waves docking out from our newly purchased cooler and we also had one of the famous brands product in our house.
We were very excited and all worked well up to 2-3 months, the nights were relaxing and we were recommending this product to our close friends, neighbor, family, etc, we all are great in recommending things to others when we people find it useful. But, suddenly, the reality of this product came out and we all were shocked. The digital touch stopped working and the voice assist was not assisting us now.
The company boasts of many features like remote control, voice assist, digital touch screen and blah blah! The truth is completely different as boasting remains boasting. They should have written somewhere that you can enjoy these features for a limited time only after that you can only plug it on and off like an average cooler. I mean after spending 9000 Rupees( approx figure) , you are getting these feature for a month or two.
Well, after that sad incident, I called their so-called customer support service and guess what, no one responded yet. They promised us at the time of purchasing the cooler that call us anytime, we are always ready to serve you. Serving is one thing, they dont even respond.
Finally, we got serviced it from a private shop and now all works quite well. It still has some technical problems but we are just going along with it.
