Today I would like to share my true experience with the window cooler of symphony. As you all know that the symphony is very well known brand in the field of cooler.
Service & support : the service and support of this company is very slow. Last month the speed button of my cooler does not work properly.i call but they don’t give any reply .
Cooling and sound: this cooler gives less cooling they cool only a particular area . they doesn’t give cooling in the hot summer.it is very noisy.it’s noise disturbing.
Reliability: this cooler is not reliable. They does not work properly for long time.
Value for money : this cooler is too much expensive campare to other cooler brands like this.
I recommend do not buy this product.
