I really like the side slim body, as it can be store anywhere in the room when not in use. Once the water tank is filled, it can be used whole day. Service and support of Symphony is very satisfactory. I believe because of that they are the market leaders of coolers. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. Price can be quite high compare to others in the market however its worth the price.
