My experience with Symphony Winter is very bad... I purchased this cooler last year in May ’10 @ Rs. 8290/= I spent so much money on cooler just because of the brand name.... I bought it in May’10 and had the big issue with its motor in the month of June... just after 1 month !!! I complaint to my dealer.. and aftera rigorous follow up with dealer and Symphony, my motor got replaced !!!
Anyway, I felt good at that moment like how good the company is .. they have REPLACED my motor.... the only important thing in a cooler !! In the month of July, I packed it up due to rainy season... In May’ 2011, I again unpacked this to use it .. but after 4-5 days, its pump stopped working !!! I immediately logged a complaint to my dealer and they logged a complaint to Symphony..BUTTTTTT...
After this, Symphony didn’t even attend my complaint single time. I followed up for 20 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! and symphony didn’t bother about it... At last, I asked my dealer to give my money back and got my refund !!! So, I will STRONGLY recommend NOT TO BUY symphony product.. else you will unnecessarily have pain in your life !!!
