It is indeed a great product and quite usefull in dry and hot places. It hardly hums in a mild manner and cools nearly a huge hall. Usually aircooler makes the places humid, however Symphony was quite a surprise and does not even feel like it is throwing water!. After about 10 mins it it almost like an aircoditioner, except for the wet air or some noise.
I would also like to mention the service as excellant. Initially there was an issue with the swing switch for the cooler and was address quite urgently by Bangalore after sales representives. I was really impressed by the response time taken by the service people after only a single email sent to the marketing people.
It was quite a search to find Symphony cooler in Bangalore and had to litrally hunt for one. Most of the shops and malls in Bangalore(if you find a cooler!) would stock kenstar or Bajaj. I guess market for aircondioner is quite huge and is much more lucrative for the dealers to explain the situation. I would surely suggest the cooler due to its utilty and its cost effectiveness in terms of electricity costs( I tried using it on an inverter too).
