Hello readers, Symphony is a brand which is very popular and as we all know popularity isn’t enough.
Just because of its popularity and stylish design I also got trapped by them and bought their winter model.
The cooler is great in design but can’t cool even a 8x10’ office properly, and the service of symphony customer care is pathetic cooler’s fan damaged twice in the warranty period, and they took almost 2 months to replace it.
Now its been 2 years I have been bearing it and in this period of time fan have been damaged 3 times and pump was repaired twice. And after warranty services of symphony are way too costly.
Now the cooler have been thrown in garbage is just a piece of junk for us.
It is way better idea to buy a local cooler of steel body than this cooler, I have wasted my hard earned 12k in this cooler.
It is definitely not for north indians just because the summers here are too much hotter than anywhere else.
