There is no after service provided by the company and the cooling is below average and it cant cool the big hall or big room.service is also expensive. it is not very noisy, the sound is quite perfect but we cant rely on the cooling of the cooler and even the processor of filling water is also very problematic. I am not at all satisfied by this cooler. the swing feature of the cooler is pathetic it doesn’t work nicely. the price of cooler is really high it not provide any benefit according to its price, its totally waste of money.
