I had this cooler in summer of 2016. As advertised it will not cool the full room and cools only double bed that’s it. The first thing which screwed me was the water dipping from the side and the fan stopped working in 1 year, when I called their service man he charged me 400rs. For visit and fan replacement cost me whopping 2000 rs.
The cooling effect is negligible even if I put ice bucket in it. I bought this cooler by thinking that symphony is an established brand but know I came to know that they have focused on advertising rather than on product.
