2 Years ago I brought Symphony Winter cooler of a remote-control feature, from the past two years it is cooling wthout any problem, the remote function is working good though that does not seems to be of much use. The problem which I faced in the product was related to the wheels, the grip of the wheels was not tight with the cooler and moving the filled cooler with the wheels is quite hard.
The good feature if the cooler is the buzzer which points when the cooler runs of out water but sometimes it sounds to be irritating but still we are not facing the problem with the cooling issue so it is acceptable. The cooler is a good value for money.
