Hello friends I am giving my true experience and quotes on Syndicate Bank in which I have open a account few montha back and I have applied for a ATM.I got my ATM card after 15 days and I fille the form twice then I got it.This bank atm is no more avalible in cities.only a few ATM machines are their and also no more branches of syndicate bank.Net bankin is also poor .This take too much time to transfer money to other Banks.Always automatically logout occurs during transactions.Then I login again and use it.No customer service they are providing.Their service staff have no training to talk with customers and give them right suggestion.
Phone banking is very poor as it take more time to transfer money to other banks.
Only a few ATm avilability in cities.Many of the place it creats probles when we need money.
Internet banking is also bad , automatically logged out .
Customer service is very bad , they donot help you and provide you right information.
