Today I went to do a FD(Fixed Deposit) to syndicate Bank Whitefield branch. Before going to the branch, I have inquired all the required documents & went with the same. After going there there is no proper response from the staffs. Finally one lady responded & said to do the verification with one idiot guy. He asked me passport. I don’t have that as I was asked to carry PAN card as the ID proof.
After that he is said me to give all the original for verification. I was stunned !!! I have never came across such scenario. Finally he rejected all my documents just saying that I dont have all the originals for verification. I waited for 15-20 minutes for the bank manager to talk but he was not there in the bank. See how are the bank staffs. Nobody bothers for the customers in the bank. The worst staff in a bank I have ever seen. I returned back from the bank & invested in SBI. Very good response from the SBI bank compared to the Syndicate Bank.
My friends......my sincere suggestion is not to go for Syndicate Bank if u don’t get such a rocking interest rates. Because the service & staff behavior both are worst. One of the worst day of my life.....
