I am an Account holder of Syndicate bank in sf Road Siliguri branch from 2 years and I have checked each and services of it. The basic banking services can be ranked as above average as the transaction is smooth and there is no such delays which can be called as problematic.
The bank staff behaviour is also upto the mark they are disciplined, helpful and friendly they address customers grievances and try their best to resolve it.
Only one loophole which I have addressed is the online banking system it really needs improvement and the banks should really focus on this service as we know today it is very much important to have a fast and reliable online services but Syndicate bank has to take care of it.
