The new net banking system of Syndicate Bank is difficult to understand and implement. Earlier it was easy to do net banking. But now to install the software in the laptop is confusing . There are a number of steps to be followed to install the software which has made the process LONG and complicated.
Also I can do net banking only from the computer where the software is installed making it impossible for me to do net banking from any other computer. This new system is not at all user friendly and for this reason I have stopped doing net banking from Syndicate Bank.
