Worst service ever. We booked the driver. They charged as 10K on first day itself. No driver came after 2 days. They din’t pick phone before 11:00 AM. They kept telling us that they are sending drivers but none of their driver reached us. They din’t even bother to call and let us know that driver is not coming. After 10 days, when we asked for our money back, they din’t reply to our mail or to our call. They put us on hold for 10 mins and dint reply back to our call as well. After calling them 200 times [and I literally mean it], they agree to pay the amount but after one month of cancellation email which we wrote to them. Again we called them 50 times and no proper response from them. I asked them to provide me number of owner but they said he is in US or in Chennai and I can not talk to him. We are still waiting for the refund.
WORST, WORST WORST service from syndicate drivers.
Even after 1.5 months they haven’t returned my money back{10000 INR}. No one pick phone at one place. After 50 attempts if some one is picking up the phone they will ask you to call other number or they will ask to hold for 5 mins and no one will respond. I don’t know how other people are rating it good. I can show you proofs of all phone calls and emails I sent to these mcs.
