So, this is an update on my previous review. After a lot of follow ups and escalations, the marketing guy decided to give our money back and a cheque was sent three weeks later than promised. however, as expected the cheque BOUNCED! We called the sales guy again and blasted him and we decided to go ahead with filling an FIR. To this, the sales guy promised to return the money through net transfer which happened a week later.
In the entire scheme of things, he also started putting pressure on us to remove this review from mouthshut!
Am glad we are done with these unprofessional idiots.
We have been using another service provider and I strongly recommend them.

We were looking for a driver & posted on ad on Sulekha. Syndicate Drivers(Bannerghatta road) was the first to call.
We asked them to come the following sat to discuss the details but the whole of that week, the sales guy kept calling saying that he can come early to get the contract signed. Finally, we had to tell him firmly to come on sat.
He did come on Sat and said how they provide the best drivers, promised a bunch of things, took our requirements, took 12k payment, promised to provide the driver in 2 days and disappeared! Yes, DISAPPEARED since its been 10 days of follow ups but no one has bothered to send a driver yet!
We are now planning to file a police complain against these people but please do not use these guys for services. They are absolutely unethical and unprofessional.
The sales guy calls up and apologizes and says that he will arrange for someone. First he decides to send a driver who DID NOT match our requirements that we had shared with him.
Someone with min 5-6 yrs of exp - sends a 20 year old who had just started driving
Someone who does not eat paan gutka - The driver was stinking all over
Someone who will be getting 10k pm - The driver was told that he would be getting 12kpm
Someone who will come by 23rd Aug - Well we are still trying to catch hold of the sales guy cuz no one has turned up and they dont pick up calls.
Again, after telling that we will go to the police, the sales guy GAURAV planned to send a driver from Rajajinagar to Marathahallli .as expected the driver refused to come.
Now Gaurav is refusing to take calls and return the 12k deposit that we had made on the 22nd of Aug.
We wil be reporting him to the police if our money does not come back to us by tomorrow. Please guys, do not use their services.
