Biggest frauds!!!!!!

I’m really disappointed to say that this entire business is purely fraudulent. We were cheated of a large amount of money which their sales person demanded needs to be paid upfront.

After the advance payment, no driver was assigned to us. We had to chase them everyday until assigned. On the first day, the driver did not show up. We were then assigned another driver who damaged the car and ran away. When we finally tried to cancel our contract and get a refund, the entire team at Syndicate absconded. No one was available to discuss the cancellation on phone, email or any other method. No info about the proprietor was given to us. None of the office managers were available at any point in time.

When we persistently tried, they issued a post dated check for the refund amount. On depositing the check at the bank, the check bounced.

We’ve exchanged several emails and made calls worth 20 hours on phone. We are now taking legal action against the company.

Below is a recount of the behaviour we faced from the Syndicate team in the past week. This the email we wrote to them describing behaviour:

You will understand how this is unacceptable on part of any business.

We spent 3 hr on the phone with your team on Saturday after being transferred from one person to another. Even then there was no guarantee or confirmation of the refund initiation.

Inspite of asking persistently, no phone number for the proprieter was provided by your team. This is not how a B2C business is run.

At 4pm, Accounts team had left even though your Sales team was conveniently available to collect the payment check even at 8pm. This is inconsistent behaviour and shows the greed on behalf of your team.

During the discussion with Rakesh, he mentioned a monthly contract option where you pay the agency for the first month and directly pay the driver thereafter. Inspite of my asking the Sales team(Dhamodar), this option was not provided to us at the time of contract start.

Dhamodar, from the Sales team was never available from the minute the payment was credited to the agency. Again, this shows greed on part of your team.

Here is a call log of number of calls made each day

11 calls on Monday

20 calls on Tuesday

17 calls on Wednesday

17 calls on Thursday

15 calls on Friday

Monday

Driver didn’t show up. Chandrashekar had agreed for duty on Sunday and confirmed to start Monday morning 730am. However, he never shoed up on Monday morning. After persistent chasing of syndicate customer support, I was informed that Chandrashekar told Priya on Sunday that he will not be able to start duty Monday morning, however, Syndicate customer service failed to convey the message to us or send a replacement the driver(as per contract). In fact, we had to chase syndicate to find out what happened. Later that afternoon, Syndicate found a temporary driver(Sameer) to do the duty.

Tuesday

Sameer came to work(later than the agreed time). Syndicate had told him that the temporary duty was only for one day. So, we had to convince him to serve for another day. Still no news of permanent driver arrangement from agency.

Wednesday

Sameer drove us for the day. No sign of Chandrashekar yet. We had to call Syndicate more than 10 times to confirm permanent driver. Driver John calls me to discuss. He is confirmed for Thursday morning.

Thursday

John arrives late for duty. He drops my husband to office and returns back to our home in Koramangala. He then gives me the car keys and tells me he is going for "tiffin". After waiting couple of hours, there is no sign of John. No answer on his phone when I try to call him. Then I had to chase the agency again. They once again failed to replace the driver or get in touch with John and find out what happened. Jairam calls me to discuss duty for Friday going forward.

Friday

Jairam was supposed to report to duty at 7:30am. At 8am, he still had not showed up. When I call him, he says he is lost and cannot find the house. I spent 30 mins with him on the phone giving him directions(left, right, etc.). He finally arrived at 8:50am, more than 1.5 hrs later. He does duty for the day. We sent him off early assuming he will feel more comfortable about the job.

Saturday

Jairam is asked to report to duty at 12noon. No sign of Jairam even at 3pm. We had to chase the agency to find out what happened. Once again, they failed to give us a substantial answer. We spent over 3 hrs talking to Rakesh and Gaurav, who

After the number of hours spent on phone with your team and drivers, frustration and disruption caused by Syndicate, we should be compensated by the company!

As per our discussion with Rakesh Choudhary and Gaurav Pathra, we expect the refund to be in our account this morning 8th August. Be assured, we will take strict action against your team for harassing the customer.
