The website looks good, the first interaction was great. However, once the money transaction was done - its bye bye customer service. The guys have stopped picking up my phone and have now brazened out. Shamelessly not taking action that are required - such as sharing driver’s information and managing their leaves/ absence. They do not even know which driver is deployed in the first place. The driver takes off and does not inform. I had to make multiple calls to the customer support team or the sales team in order to know a day’s schedule. I am reserving my comments on if these are fraudulent folks - at end of the month I will know. Certainly planning to take them to consumers court!
