I worked at Synechron under different roles and for various projects / clients. I personally had a good experience with Synechron. Especially the support that one would get from the Executive management and the senior management folks in the organization is very good.
There are lot of opportunities in the organization to grow but for that you have to show the skills and should be willing to take the challenge. Others in the team including the seniors will surely help you.
