Its been an year that I’ve been working with Synechron. I personally would recommend that all the people who want to grow should be a part of this company. The company is growing very rapidly and has a good working environment.
I would also like to say that before I joined the company I read many bad review...but when I started working I found things were different than portrayed. What people comment and write applies to all company...If they are non performers they will be asked to resign...
I have had the best time here at Synechron. My boss is one of the best among all...He trusted on me and my work and gave me an opportunity to work on several big projects...I did make mistakes but my boss and my team supported me at each step...
I am simply loving to work @ Synechron. :)
