People join this company with great expectations. During joining there are discussion that huge projects are pipelined, but later after spending 3+ months on bench it turned out that nothing is true.
Few projects are good in this company but that gives undue power to the Sr Management they can release people in a day notice.
Many fake details have been passed to Client by Sr Management, you need to be more vigilant on your job while working on such project and needs to get aligned to all those lies.
Huge gap between the client relation management and work execution. Just to feel this gap this company throws huge extravagant parties upon client visits.(You get to see all eye-candies)
One can say that from outside it looks like the company is growing like any thing but when you join and get the chance to join the bench of 300-500 people. 200+ just doing research. and working strength is accompanied by the equal number of shadow resources.
On company site you may see many client names(Big one) but in reality the project from those client are not a reality even if they exists then not more than 2-3 resources burning their day and night for the deliverables.
Advice to Senior Management
Please get Sr Management to the task, bring some clarity to the employees on actual work.
