Synechron as a company is a great place to work, its founding members aim high, strive hard to make the company a success.
I was part of Synechron for 9 years. I joined Synechron in 2004. I personally had a very good experience with Synechron. I got all kind of support from all departments including HR, Finance, and Admin. In general, People blame these departments for being non-supportive. But, I must say that I’ve received great support from these departments too.
The technology groups are passionate and they work to keep the clients satisfied. Synechron provides better training programs to have people ready from technology and domain skill set perspective. The founder members are quite young, very passionate and putting their best to keep the company on top. I have personally witnessed good care of employees. Safety policies mainly for female employees demonstrate "employee caring" nature of management.
I have personally received great support from one of the three founder member, and I must say I’m very much obliged.:)
In future, given a better opportunity and better offer, I would love to make a comeback and join Synechron. Pros and Cons will be with any entity on this planet. There will always be a room for improvement and Synechron is becoming more mature day by day and I’m sure it will thrive in its objective.
I would highly recommend Synechron to a person who is looking for a challenging career.
