I have different criterion for calculating how good a company is. most people give more point to salary, but I think high salary is not always everything. other things also matter such as work pressure, work culture, the attitude of collegues, team leads and projects managers. if you are not at ease at work, then you will find difficult to be happy even if you getting more than others.
from that viewpoint, I think was lucky to be in synechron since I not only was well paid, but I also got most other things that I value more in life. I started with the company in 2005 and was there for the next 3 years. at that time the compnay was growing fast and I got many good opportunities to work on very good projects. I was able to quickly upgrade my skill sets due to these projects that involved use of advanced software tools and systems.
I also liked the parties and events in the company, where you could take a entertaining break from the work schedule. I enjoyed these very much with my colleagues. I think it is difficult for me to forget the good times I spend with my colleagues.
