I was with Synechron for nearly 3.5 years. I feel that the company has employee-friendly work environment. The work policies are based around the concept of "fun" and because of that my time in the company was very fulfilling and wonderful experience for me.
The kind of challenges, responsibilities and assignments I got here, gave me opportunity to grow professionally. The usual complacency that sets in when one is in a company for long, did not happen with me. That’s because there was never a shortage of new projects and new roles to play. I feel my career graph improved greatly. I experienced a great deal of improvement in my technical and communication skills, which has done a lot of good to my confidence.
The work environment in the company is relaxed and supportive. Supervisors and Managers help you with your queries and concerns and they believe in giving proper recognition to a job done well. When it comes to employee appreciation, the assessment is based solely on performance.
Pay is one of the best feature of this company. Packages are much better than most IT cos. So I think this is a good platform for IT professionals, especially those who have already some years of experience behind them.
