Resource manager is the worst part of Synechron, he even do not know what HR means he is from technical background and that frustration he give on the people who are on bench that time you will feel you have taken wrong decision to join the company.
Job security is like you can be fired in a day if the resource manager is unable to place you with any project, so he pass message to management like saying " Attitude problem with the resource". Amazing, the person who was working there for more than 5 years with devotion including working in nights and hard time and suddenly he developed attitude problem when this hell guy join the HR team.
CEO even doesn’t care of you, he will only shake hand you when he come for visit from US.
I remember one guy, whom Synechron pulled from a renowned company by offering hike, later after he joined at senior position, he was kept on bench for more than 10 months at later they said him to leave because they are not able to place him. So they are just playing with people carrier
I prefer not to join unless you need hike in money, but leave the company with your first next opportunity if you want to be in safe in your life.
