You will make biggest mistake of career if u join

Pros – Nothing except salary in India


Cons – This is company with no values at all, they recruit people with false promise like onsite, exiting technologies, good clients, excellent domains etc. But in reality, once they get you on board, then they will search for some place for you. They will put you on bench for infinite time, and you will struggle with two ahes for getting yourself placed in some account(other posts have already spoke about these two people). They treat you as collage kids even if you have 12-15 yrs of experience. While on bench, you have to mandatory sit in front of dumb terminals for more than 8 hrs, that’s insane!, they call bench as COE(Center of Excellence). Also few dumb HR/Admin women will monitor you and make your life misrable, its like jail while on bench.


They arrange fake internal interview, fake onsite interviews internally for the people who keep bugging them for project.


Synechorn lacks on ethical side as well, every employee knows what are synechron client parties about. Just talk to some of the employees if you know. Also you can talk to people from neighbouring organization.


They will keep on throwing parties to lure clients and will call new joiners occastionally, I never saw such scene in any company. What is culture they think they are building? Do they really have any repect for women? Mandatory part to grow in Synechron is to drink, party and should be ready to mingle.


They show that they has several projects, but in reality except Asurion they don’t have any good project. When I mean good, I mean only money wise, and not work culture.


Most of the projects are run by senseless account managers who are in Synechron since long time, so they treat these projects as their "baap ki jaagir" and treat people as bad as they can. The life in each project is one type of hell or other.


I am ashamed working here, the only reason I could not leave was I moved from another city and spent a lot of money on movement, a change again would have costed me in lakhs. And in Pune, when you say you are from Synechron, then almost every HR will ask you "oh, so you are on bench", and negotiations will end up at lower salary.


Even after reading so many negative feedback if you join this company, then welcome to write one feedback here.:)


Advice to Senior Management – Don’t lie to prospective hires with false promises, they will soon realize and will publish their experience. It’s a word of mouth publicity that will kill you. Please think resources as people and not mules.
